At Reel Fancy, we currently offer shipping within the UK only, but we are actively working on expanding our shipping options. In the future, we hope to offer European and Worldwide shipping as we grow. Stay tuned for updates on our expanding delivery options and watch Reel Fancy go international!

Order Cut-Off Times

  • Monday–Friday: Order by 11:30am for same-day shipping. 
  • Saturday: Order by 10am for same-day shipping.

Shipping Method:

All items are shipped via Evri.

Shipping Cost:

  • £4.99 for Standard Shipping (3-4 business days)
  • £6.99 for Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

Sundays Bank Holidays:

Orders placed on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be shipped the next working day.

Address & Delivery Issues:

Incomplete or incorrect addresses, or missed deliveries, may cause a delay in receiving your order. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At Reel Fancy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we’re here to help. Our returns policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which protects your rights when shopping online or at a distance.

1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling Off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel:

  • You must inform us of your decision to cancel by contacting us at [hello@reelfancy.com] before the 14-day period ends.
  • Once your request to cancel has been received, we will send you instructions on how to return your item(s).

2. Conditions for Return

For your return to be eligible, please ensure that:

  • The goods are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Certain products (e.g., perishable goods, personalized items, hygiene-related items) may be exempt from returns unless they are faulty.
  • You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.

3. Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will:

  • Refund the full price of the goods, deducting the price of the return delivery cost (standard delivery).
  • Issue the refund using the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Please note:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns should they not be in resellable condition. 

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or full refund as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the goods, and we will cover the return postage costs and offer a replacement or refund.

5. Exceptions

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Personalized or made-to-order items.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed.

6. How to Return Goods

To return your product, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Repack the goods securely in their original packaging.

  3. After sending your return, please obtain proof of postage to avoid issues if your return is lost in transit.
