What’s included in my movie night hamper?

Each hamper is different and will have its specific contents listed in the product description.

It will have everything you need and more to create the ultimate movie night experience!

Can I customise my own hamper?

Not right now... but very soon! Our 'Build Your Own' option will allow you to choose from a variety of snacks and extras to create a personalised movie night experience.

Do the hampers come with a movie?

Our hampers are designed to complement your favorite streaming services. Simply pick a movie from your preferred platform and enjoy it with our hamper!

Can I add personalisation to my order?

Yes you can! Select the 'Personalised Cinema Ticket' with your order and enter the name(s) of your recipient and we will create your personalised tickets and include them in the hamper! 

Can I change something on my order?

If you need to change something regarding your order such as: shipping address, personalisation, cancellation etc, you will need to do this within 30 minutes of placing your order by getting in touch with us.

After this time, we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed.

Delivery

When will my hamper be shipped?

  • Order by 11:30am Monday to Friday or by 10am Saturday: We’ll ship your box the same day.
  • Orders placed after these times: Will be dispatched the next working day.

Which postal service do you use?

All our items are shipped by Evri.

Can I send a hamper directly to someone else?

Absolutely! You can enter the recipient’s address at checkout, and we’ll deliver the hamper straight to their door.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only offer UK shipping, but are working hard to achieve international expansion very soon.

Returns/Refunds

Can I get a refund?

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will:

  • Refund the full price of the goods, deducting the price of the return delivery cost (standard delivery).
  • Issue the refund using the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Please note:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns should they not be in resellable condition.  

Can I get a refund on personalised items?

As these items were made just for you, we cannot refund them as we cannot resell.

What's your return address?

Upon request we will provide you with return address to return your hamper. 

My hamper is damaged, can I get a new one?

We're so sorry to hear that your hamper arrived damaged. Please contact us a hello@reelfancy.com to fix this for you.

Do you offer discount?

Yes! If you sign up to our Mailing-List you will receive an exclusive 10% off your first order and get first dibs on other exclusive offers throughout the year. We currently do not offer any other form of discount.

I forgot to add my discount code, what should I do?

Unfortunately, we cannot add a discount code once an order has been processed.

Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?

Yes, you can purchase digital gift cards on our website, perfect for letting your loved ones choose their own movie night experience.
